Embodied Contact Dance

For anyone who wants to evolve their dance practice with others, whether you have never danced before or have a dedicated movement practice A guided conscious movement journey inspired by qigong, contact improv, authentic movement, tantra and Contact Beyond Contact “CBC”, followed by an open dance jam The form of dance that I teach is inspired by Contact Beyond Contact (CBC), in which I am level 2 trained. CBC provides a beautiful container for learning how to dance authentically with others. The structure guides you to connect with your own core, and from this place, learn how to move more in more harmonious relationships. Through the practice, I will guide us into deeper connection within our bodies, expanding awareness of ourselves in movement with others. This dance experience provides a playful way to access tools and techniques for breaking patterns, bringing awareness to our own tendencies in relationship to expand upon the ways in which we relate and move together.
